OVERCONSUMPTION of ethanol gets football fans drunk. Why else would so many people care to WATCH grown men play with balls.

Yes, our oil source may come from different places. It is good for Iowa to keep more money from producing Ethanol gas in US/Iowa state. Our taxes being advertised at football games. Was that done for public awareness or misinformation or what reason?

Another incorrect propaganda article. Analyze this quote from the article.
"Another way to look at this is for each gallon of E85 you purchase, 85 cents stays in America; whereas if you purchase E10, only 10 cents stays in America while 90 cents heads out of our borders."
This quote assumes that 100% of all gasoline used in America is refined from non-domestic crude oil. Actual facts of US crude oil consumption of for 2008 from DOE's Energy Information Administration is that US domestic production provided 34%, Canada provided 13%, Mexico provided 9% and non-North American sources provided the remaining 44%.
The correct fact is that on average, if you used E10 gasoline at a cost of $1.00 per gallon as assumed in the quote above, 31 cents stays in the US, 20 cents stays in Canada or Mexico and only 39 cents goes to non-North American countries.
One must always use their common sense when reading such obviously erroneous articles and not take as fact what has been written just because it has been published. Being published does not make any statement correct nor the facts & assumptions presented true.

Glad something is staying in the States. Should be a good game between the two teams.
